Abstract: 

مدیریت زنجیره تامین در نیمه دوم قرن گذشته توسعه فراوانی یافته و در قرن حاضر نیز این توسعه ادامه داشته است. یکی از زمینه هایی که امروزه مورد توجه فراوان قرار گرفته است، توسعه و انطباق روش های کنترل تولید و موجودی با فلسفه تولید بهنگام در سطح خطوط تولیدی و به منظور کنترل مناسب جریان مواد و محصولات در سطح زنجیره تامین است. به همین منظور در این مقاله سعی میشود تا سیاست کششی- فشاری کار در جریان ثابت(CONWIP)  با شرایط زنجیره تامین تطبیق داده شده و در انتها مدل فوق بهینه سازی گردد. در فرآیند بهینه سازی نیز با توجه به ماهیت پیچیده زنجیره تامین، از روش بهینه سازی شبیه سازی و الگوریتمهای ژنتیک و جستجوی محلی هدایت شده استفاده خواهد شد که انعطاف پذیری فراوانی را به منظور حل مساله دارا می باشند. در انتها نیز نتایج اجرای مدل مورد بررسی و تحلیل قرار خواهد گرفت.

Abstract: 

Background: Nurses significantly contribute to the healthcare system, constituting the highest number of healthcare staff. A positive attitude or mindset at Work increases the ability to carry out the organization’s duties, tasks, and plans. This study investigates the relationship between Work effectiveness and Work engagement of nurses in the selected hospitals affiliated with Iran University of Medical Sciences (IUMS), Tehran City, Iran, in 2021. Methods: This descriptive cross-sectional study has employed a correlational design. A total of 255 nurses Working in selected hospitals affiliated with IUMS were recruited through proportionate stratified sampling. The study data were collected using the utrecht Work engagement scale (UWES) and conditions for Work effectiveness questionnaire II (CWEQ-II). Statistical analyses involved descriptive statistics, the independent t-test, analysis of variance, the Pearson correlation, and regression in SPSS software, version 22. The significance level was set at P<0.05.  Results: The Mean±SD Work effectiveness among nurses was found to be 37.31±7.41, indicating their medium-to-high Work effectiveness. Also, their Mean±SD Work engagement was 68.96±15.48, indicating the high Work engagement of nurses. There was also a significant positive relationship (r=0.656, P<0.001) between the total Work effectiveness score and Work engagement. The results showed that the “support” dimension of Work effectiveness exhibited the highest correlation with Work engagement (r=0.606, P<0.001). Also, the “absorption by Work” dimension of Work engagement had the highest correlation with Work effectiveness (r=0.653, P<0.001). Conclusion: According to the study results, increasing the Work effectiveness of nurses necessitates the creation of a positive attitude and perspective through managerial actions.

Abstract: 

Purpose: The purpose of this applied research is to study the effectiveness of gamification on corporate training.  Methodology: A gamified course was designed and implemented to train the location of Fire Hosing Cabinet for 24 employees of a firefighting maintenance company in Iran Mall shopping Center in Tehran. Using a quantitative quasi-experimental research plan (post-test only control group design) the participants of the study were randomly assigned to treatment (12) and control (12) groups and trained for a week.  Conclusion: The descriptive and interpretive result of the posttest analyses indicated the effectiveness of gamification of the training performed for the employees of the firefighting maintenance company in Iran Mall shopping Center in Tehran. Moreover, the descriptive result of Gamification Acceptance Questionnaire answered by the members of the experimental group after gamified training indicated that all the participants in the experimental group were satisfied with the gamified training course.

Abstract: 

The main goal of this research is studying the relation between Work ethic and the effectiveness of the staff in the Ministry of Education (District 4) in Tehran. The population of this research included all the staff (N=54). Using stratifies random sampling, 48 (23 females and 25 males) were selected as the sample size according to the Morgan-Krejcie sample size table. This study was a descriptive one. For statistical analysis, the independent t-test has been used to compare the changing conditions of men and women as well as Kruskal-Wallis to compare changing conditions in assistance parts of organization. The instruments were two questionnaires: Work ethic questionnaire derived from five-factor NEO questionnaire which included 47 items and productivity questionnaire which is a researcher-made questionnaire consisting of 36 items. The overall results showed that Work ethic and productivity among the staff have a significant correlation. Adequacy factors, order and power, duty, attempt to success, restraint and caution in decision making have positive impact on the staff's productivity. There is no significant difference in other subscales of Work ethic as well as overall score of Work ethic and productivity among men and women. According to the Kruskal- Wallis test result and based on Chi Square statistical test, there is no significant difference in subscales of Work ethic of staff in different vice-presidencies of organization as well.

Abstract: 

Background and Objective: Multiple sclerosis (MS) is a chronic, progressive and degenerative myelin sheath of the central nervous system. Manifestation and side effect of this disease drastically impress patient’s body image and destruct self concept. The objective of the implementation of this study was to evaluate the effect of Orem self- care program on multiple sclerosis patients’ self concept.Materials and Methods: This quesi-experimental study was done on 34 MS patients referred to Ayatollah Kashani hospital in Shahrekord – Iran, during 2008. The patients were selected by convenience sampling. 8 sessions educational program based on patients needs and Orem self care frame Work during 3 months were carried out and with self reporting sheets program was pursued. After 3 months self concept questionnaire completed and data were analyzed by using SPSS-11.5 software and paired T, will kakson and kruskal wallis tests.Results: Mean of self concept, prior and post intervention was 60.67±4.20, 118.26±3.53, respectively (P<0.05). No significant correlation was found between age, gender, educational level, marriage status, number of children, occupation, level of income, duration of outbreak, times of hospitalized with self esteem.Conclusion: This study showed that self care program based on the Orem frame Work has positive effects on self esteem in multiple sclerosis patients. Therefore this program is recommended in MS patients.

Abstract: 

Background and aims: The aim of this present study was to examine the effectiveness of Work- life conflict management model on life satisfaction and Work engagement of male employees.Method: Population of this study was male employees of Parsian Bank in Tehran. In a pretest- posttest experimental research design with control group, a total of 24 male employees selected via simple sampling and accidently divided into experimental group (n=12) and control group (n=12). The experimental group was undergone six-session format of Work- life conflict management program and the control group didn’t receive any training program. Data was collected using Satisfaction with Life Scale (SWLS) and Work engagement scale (UWES) and then data were analyzed using descriptive statistics and covariance analysis (ANCOVA).Results: Findings showed significance difference between both experimental and control group in satisfaction of life and Work engagement score (P<0.01).Conclusion: according to the finding of this study it can be concluded that when employees can manage Work-life conflict, stress caused by role ambiguity and role conflict significantly reduced and at the level of life satisfaction and Work engagement is increased.

Abstract: 

Objective: The present study was conducted with the aim of effective school-based self-control skill training on increasing psychological hardiness and self-efficacy of male students of the first secondary level.Method: This research is a semi-experimental study with a pre-test-post-test design with a control group. The statistical population of the present study included male students of the first secondary school in Qom city, 30 students were selected using the available sampling method and divided into two groups of 15 people completely randomly. Students in the experimental group participated in 8 sessions of the school-based self-control training program, and the control group did not receive training. Before and after the implementation of the intervention, both groups were evaluated using the psychological hardiness scale of Lang and Goulet (2003) and the self-efficacy scale of children and adolescents (SEQ-C). The data was analyzed using spss-22 software and through repeated measures analysis of variance test.Findings: The results showed that school-based self-control skill training has a significant effect on increasing students' psychological hardiness and self-efficacy (P<0.01). Conclusion: The findings of the present study indicated that school-based self-control skill training can be an effective intervention in increasing psychological hardiness and self-efficacy in students.

Abstract: 

Introduction: As the traffic is one of the most common social troubles in big cities, widen the roads; culture and using the intelligent methods are using to control the traffic. Therefore, the traffic control systems are innovated. These system operators have to do many cognitive jobs to manage these systems. CWA as a frameWork to improve the design of these systems has introduced in this paper to analyze them.Material and Methods: CTA recognizes the restrictions of system throughout the 5 phases that begin with Work domain analysis and ends in necessary personal qualification. Task analysis, strategy analysis and investigating the cooperation and organizations are between paces, respect.Results: the results of this investigation consist of outline of the technique CWA, Work domain analysis, decision ladders, details of relevant indicators, strategies, Information Flow Map (IFM), to frame the social organization and cooperation, and Worker qualification analysis.Conclusion: The results of this study may used in selection and training the mentioned systems operators. The main reason is to use the experienced staff with high cognitive abilities in Working with these systems. Otherwise, it can result in waste the organization money and energy. The operator decision making is more dependent on the information process, the operator also needs to have higher cognitive abilities. Strong visual search, timing and problem solving are perquisites of this job opportunity.
